I working real theme for PPC.

Theme released on febr. 22.

Hi,

thanks for that posting and skin - I installed it as you described in English. But there are no icons for wizbar (wizbar works fine, but the iphone icons do not appear). This might be due to this:

4. itt speciel nálam csak a 2. 3. és a 4. menü van bejelölve, de ez nem kötelezõ

I do not understand hungarian, but you probably did not translate this line, did you?

Or am I missing something?

HI.. great work!!!

1)  Need to know how u worked out the Dialpad?
2)  Also.. some icons i dont need.. like Maps, Satellite.. how do i change it to
     Pocket MSN etc.
3)  How do i change "Cingular" to my service provide name
4)  Also i didnt get the last 4 icons
5)  Ipod Skin doesnt work in Window Media Player.

Wisbar skin install is very simple, just copy in Wisbar Folder, and select it on Options panel. If problem avaible, please screenshot.

that line, just my settings. i check only 2. 3. és a 4. options. other thinks unchecked. (simple & little faster)

1. not my work, i wrote in installnotes.txt
(I find two version on the Internet, but this version much faster)

2. icon change, very simple, go to the rlToday/iPhone directory in my pack. There are icons, rl_*.png., sample: rl_maps.png open in Photoshop, and edit it.

4. in rlToday directory, rl_ipod.png, rl_phone.png, etc.

5. skin work on wmp 10+ (i have wmp10)

3. this is iPhone style

I have ETEN G500+, it have "Satellite Data Update" program for update satellites positions. Some other new device have same program.

What program are you using for "Satellite"?

I like your skin and would like to keep it! But I am missing two things:

1. It does not show me the real strengths of my telephone connection/signal. This should be possible to add with the Signal Strength Level indicator of the wizbar advanced skins. Do you think you could add this?

2. It does not show me whether I have a working WLAN connection or not. It would be great to see this like in the normal task bar of Win Mob 5.

If 1 and/or 2 is not possible, it would be good to at least use the normal WinMob 5 indicators for these functions. I would not care if it looks a bit different from the Apple design ...

I don't know if you are aware that this is copyright violation?

I know that iPhone looks good, but its an insult to your phone to make it look like that. If you like it, you should buy the real thing! I used to have it looking all iphoned, but then it hit me... why bother?

There are two things which should be changed: You should not use the Apple logo and the (possible) trademarks "iPhone" and "Cingular".

But using a similar looking skin with similar looking icons seems not to be a problem, even if there are some people always trying to convince that it is: It is not unusual to make skins for an OS using icons of another OS: There are many skins which make Linux or Windows look like OS X and vice versa. I (do not) wonder why noone complains about this: There is no problem with it. There are iPod skins for neary every MP3-player in the world. Who complains about this?

But, again, you should not use the trademarks. Instead of an Apple, you might want to use a pear ;-)

I found a brilliant quote from a member on the XDA forum about the moaning of banning the iphone themes and posts containing jpgs of such themes...

'Oh no, someone wont let me post my complete and utter lack of originality and imagination.'

I thought it was quite true, after days of skinning and searching pages for the iPhone theme i found and installed it and came to the conclusion I don't like it... the colors are garish, and a bit childish...

I mean, I LOVE how easy it is to use... and the simplicity of it, not to mention how it looks when people are peering over your shoulder on the escalator and you upen up a completely glass touch screen ipod, or ppod in my case... but you could just use your own icons blah blah etc and customize your own phone alarm in such a them... (ps does anyone have a crack for the reg code for phone alarm, i refuse to pay)

RE copyright, i suggest naming the skin the IPhoney.

love it but i have a couple problems...

1. i still have the 3 little icons at the bottom right (battery, commManager, screen layout) which makes it so there is a scroll bar on the right, not good

2. i am missing the 4 icons that run across the bottom...phone, mail, web, ipod...how do i get those to work?

Hi friguy3

1)  Same problem.. the scroll bar does not look good

2)  regarding the bottom 4 icons.. go on adding new applications in the rlToday.... u will get the bottom 4 icons tooo.
