A tricky way to remove 0 from your skins

Many skin makers here are seeking for a way to stop showing 0 (e.g: 0 Missed calls, 0 Emails, 0 SMS) from their skin.
One method is by using font layering with the help of mortscript which described in this topic:

The other method which I am going to describe here is to use font editorts and modifying a font.

1. Just run your favorite font editor such as: Fontforge - http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/
2. Open your font
3. double click on "0" place in font list characters
4. remove 0 shape
5. save font as TrueType (.ttf )
6. move font to your ppc and set your skin to use this font in places that you do not want to see 0.
